Vegan Prn- Boston Baked Black Beans





An incredibly easy and delicious recipe, Boston-Baked Black Beans are treasurable veganized. Enjoy the recipe below. Ingredients are highlit.


Mix together 13 oz. of blackbeans (after soaking for at least 8 hours and boiling on low-medium heat for an hour, or straight from the can...), and 1 cup or two of ketchup, several teaspoons yellow mustard, a sprinkling of cumin (opt'l), sprinkling of onion powder (opt'l), salt to taste, and 2 1/2 to 3 cups maple syrup (basically to taste) together, and bake for an hour on 350.

It is heaven with cornbread or vegan cake. Use any cake recipe for vegan cake, subbing cornstarch to replace eggs, oil to replace butter, and vegan milk to replace milk in recipes that call for it. Texture and taste are exactly the same as "regular" cakes using animal products. Don't believe the hype *_^
