It's fairly amazing. Until learning this and playing around to find the right measurement, I longed for tofu scramble that tasted more like eggs (though curried scramble and such can be fun too... it can also get old).
The turmeric and Braggs in oil can also be used in between two tofu slices to make a mock-sunny sideup Faux-egg.
