Appreciable Possibility That Bush Will Face Penalities

Though I am a Mkinneyite who loves herself some Green party, I have much respect for the fact that Obama and Biden are advising they may investigate the crimes of the usurper, George Bush, if they are elected. A definite promise that they will investigate would make me feel a little warmer, but the fact that the words have been spoken deserve a fingersnap or two after 8 years of very fearful tight lips that defied their obligations to speak the truth, and make every effort to end the madness.

"If there has been a basis upon which you can pursue someone for a criminal violation, they will be pursued," Biden said during a campaign event in Deerfield Beach, Florida, according to ABC.
"[N]ot out of vengeance, not out of retribution," he added, "out of the need to preserve the notion that no one, no attorney general, no president -- no one is above the law."

What has transpired these long 8 years of criminal war, undeclared martial law, and government spying (which Obama loses kudos for supporting with FISA), must be brought to light, and those involved must be punished with a similar lack of compassion to that which they dealt out.
