Vegan- Protein Shakes



On this end we've been thinking of including more protein into our life via a daily shake or two. Handblenders make it incredibly easy, and VeganMomma has some great recipes that include fruits and greens (you won't taste the greens once they're blended and it adds alot of nutrients to the mix).

You can substitute the egg with Soy Egg Blenders, and use Soy milk as a substitute for Cow's milk if you don't include dairy in your diet.
Whey protein can be purchased just about anywhere, but Dr. Mercola offers some deals for the products he recommends.
