Redbull's WordClash

Props to Bruce George for giving the heads up
about an important documentary featuring serious
revolutionary poets who refuse to prettify what's on their
minds, and in that refusal liberate us to think far outside of the box,
and into the heart, the largely ignored organ that supports our lives.

Warning:
STRONG language during
clips of performances.

NOT for children.

MAJI Editions To Receive Additional Content
"If you want your children to be intelligent, read them fairy tales. If you want them to be more intelligent, read them more fairy tales."

~ Albert Einstein

The new edition of TBOZ- MAJI Omnibus contains an extended version of the 'Lune' excerpt, and more 'extras' content is said to be added to future editions to prep for coming multimedia goodies.

Update (1/2009): The full of title of Maji, is 'The Books of Zambarau- Maji Omnibus'. To avoid brand confusion (with two other books of similar title) moving forward the omnibus will be printed and listed with the full title (this should be finalized shortly on the Amazon page).

To be nominated, a project must:
  • Have been released or reached its commercial peak during the period August 1, 2007 - July 31, 2008.
  • Be released independently, without major label distribution in the United States.
  • Not have won a SoulTracks Award in a previous year (for example, an artist who won Album of the Year in 2007 would not be eligible for a 2008 award in any category for the same project).

To see the full set of rules, CLICK HERE.

The categories for which we're seeking nominations are Album of the Year, Song of the Year, Male Vocalist, Female Vocalist, Duo/Group and New Artist of the Year.
